Does choosing a time confirm the visit?
No. A scheduled time organises the inquiry and guide capacity, but it does not replace the required confirmations.
What does the Auschwitz Memory Paths calendar show?
After you choose an option, date and language, the form shows prepared start times. The result reflects our schedule and the capacity of the relevant guide or guide pool.
You can also request another time to be arranged individually. An operator will check it manually and return with a possible solution.
What has not yet been confirmed?
Selecting a time is not a booking, an order or confirmation from the Museum. Sending the form creates a non-binding inquiry for review.
- an operator checks whether the inquiry is complete and feasible;
- a programme and date proposal is prepared;
- each later confirmation is recorded separately;
- a final message is sent only after all required arrangements.
Why are these stages separate?
This makes it clear what is still a preference, what an operator has verified and what has been finally confirmed. The Auschwitz Memory Paths calendar does not present itself as the Museum’s official booking system.
