How do you choose the right visit option for a group?

The right option depends on the time available, the purpose of the visit and the participants’ needs, not only on a programme name.

Start with the time available to your group

The standard option takes approximately 3.5 hours. In-depth programmes use two four-hour blocks on one day or across two days. Thematic routes and paths beyond the Museum are arranged individually.

For a tight itinerary, allow time for arrival, security checks, moving between locations and a measured close to the visit.

Define the purpose and character of the visit

A school group may need a different pace from a group of adults or participants following a multi-day study programme.

  • Is this the group’s first visit to the Memorial?
  • How much time can participants devote to historical context?
  • Should the programme stay within the Museum or include places beyond it?
  • Does the group have accessibility needs or firm timing limits?

You do not need to decide alone

The form also offers help with choosing. Describe the group, available time and main expectations, and an operator will compare the possible options while reviewing the inquiry.

Your initial selection is a preference. The detailed programme, date and availability are confirmed only in later stages.
