Auschwitz. The Great Theft
A standalone thematic option on the Museum grounds, with its duration and detailed programme tailored to the group.
A standard or study visit focused on a selected subject
Auschwitz was not only a site of mass murder, but also a place of systematic plunder. Prisoners were stripped of everything: their clothes, money, valuables, and personal belongings. The victims’ property was sorted, stored, and transferred to the German administration and state institutions. This tour explores how the robbery was organized and how it became an integral part of the entire camp system.
The exact format, duration, programme, availability and price are confirmed individually under the Museum’s current arrangements.
