Auschwitz. Legalized Injustice

A standalone thematic option on the Museum grounds, with its duration and detailed programme tailored to the group.

A standard or study visit focused on a selected subject

How can a state governed by law be transformed into an instrument of persecution? This tour explores how the Nazi regime used laws, administration, and state institutions to deprive people of their rights, freedom, and ultimately their lives. From racial laws and the deprivation of citizenship to deportation, imprisonment, and mass murder, the crimes were supported by a state apparatus that gave persecution the appearance of legality.
